Bretagne and The Spinnaker Tower. 5th August 2004. Taken from the bow of the Bretagne, the partially completed Spinnaker Tower can be seen in Gunwharf Quays, set for completion in early 2005 after being dogged by a variety of problems and spiralling costs, it is set to become Portsmouths most sizable attraction at 165 Metres tall!

The tower is progressing slowly, it is now due to be completed by mid 2005 if all goes to plan..!
